ACCULINK

The RX Acculink Carotid Stent System includes a self-expanding nickel-titanium stent premounted on a rapid exchange stent delivery catheter. Radiopaque markers on the shaft mark the stent location, as illustrated in the product image. 

The delivery system is comprised of a retractable sheath covering the stent during delivery, a radiopaque tip, an internal guidewire lumen, a handle assembly with a safety lock, and a pullback handle. With the handle in the unlocked position, retracting the pullback handle removes the sheath and deploys the stent. 

Upon deployment, the stent forms an open lattice, providing the scaffolding necessary to hold the artery open and ensure blood flow through the artery.

MINI TREK

The MINI TREK RX Coronary Dilatation Catheters have an integrated shaft system and a balloon near the distal tip. The shaft has a combination of the single lumen and dual lumen tubing. One lumen is used for inflation of the balloon with a contrast medium. The second lumen, in the distal shaft, permits the use of a guidewire to facilitate advancement of the dilatation catheter to and through the stenosis to be dilated. The dilatation catheter is coated with HYDROCOAT® hydrophilic coating, which is activated when wet. This device has several markers. The balloon has radiopaque marker(s) to aid in positioning the balloon in the stenosis and is designed to provide an expandable segment of known diameter and length at a specific pressure.

XIENCE PRIME is indicated for improving coronary artery luminal diameter in patients with symptomatic heart disease due to de novo native coronary artery lesions (lesions less than or equal to 32 mm) with reference vessel diameters of greater than or equal to 2.25 mm to less than or equal to 4.25. Additional information about XIENCE PRIME, XIENCE V is indicated for improving coronary luminal diameter in patients with symptomatic heart disease due to de novonative coronary artery lesions (lesions less than or equal to 28 mm) with reference vessel diameters of 2.25 mm to 4.25 mm.

The continuation of the TREK family of balloons designed to deliver in challenging cases & provide precise dilatation with flat compliance. Built to deliver in challenging cases, has a Customized tip, flexible dual tungsten markers and Multi-layer CrossFlex2 balloon. The design and construction of these catheters do not provide the user with distal pressure monitoring capability. With 4.5 mm and 5.0 mm balloon dilatation catheters, some increased resistance may be noted upon insertion or withdrawal into or out of the guiding catheter. Choosing a larger guiding catheter size may minimize this.
